·         Versatility – what media does it allow me to use (text, images, video)?

Google docs presentation allows me to insert text, image, drawing, video, tables and shapes

·         Ease of use – how friendly is the user interface for the designers (you)? How easy is it to add components to my presentation? How friendly is the user interface for the user, can visitors find what they need on your presentation? Are you able to create a menu system or is the user forced to work through your presentation in a linear predetermined fashion?

i found the user interface to be much the same as microsoft powerpoint in may ways, so i found it very simple to use. Visitiors can easily find what they may be looking for on my presentation but there are no hyperlinks available to navigate through the information

·         Collaboration – how well does the online tool allow me to work with my partner? Can we both work on the presentation at the same time?
